1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
2. How to Request a Return

Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Pickup
If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup from your delivery address. Please ensure the item is securely packed for safe transport.
4. Refund Process
As we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as follows:

If the product is eligible for return, you will not be charged upon return pickup.

If you’ve already paid in cash at delivery and a return is approved, your refund will be issued in cash, after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days after we confirm the return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products that show signs of use.

Items returned beyond the 48-hour window.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and dispatched. Please ensure your order details are accurate before placing it.
